Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how we process personal data submitted to us through the contact form and the quotation request form on this site.

What data we collect

Through our forms we collect the information you provide yourself: your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message or enquiry, including any photos or room measurements you choose to attach.

Purpose and legal basis

We process this data to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence).

Recipients of data

Your data is not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate our email service and correspond with you.

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and, if we go on to work together, for the period required by law (e.g. tax regulations).

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to its processing, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Contact regarding personal data

For any questions about how we handle your personal data, please contact the data controller directly (contact details below). We have not appointed a separate Data Protection Officer.

Cookies

This site uses only essential technical cookies (e.g. session cookies) required for it to function correctly. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
